Disgraceful. Shameful lack of courtesy, I was treated like a bother and a nuisance rather than like a valued customer. Service at branch is no better than service via phone or internet: all are miserable and insulting. Zero stars.

This place is shambolic, was there for nearly 2 hours just to make 2 payments , was waiting in the queue for a good 40mins , after 40mins they then told me that I need to go upstairs where I had to wait another solid 40mins.
I then get told that they can print the receipt off for me. The whole brunch couldn’t work out the printer so they ended up emailing the receipts for me via email which was no good to me, I could’ve done that on my mobile banking in less than 5mins myself.

If you value your time don’t consider this bank at all.
Disgraceful.

The worst bank in Europe? Barclays is just behind the US banks for fossil fuel financing – and shows no signs of slowing down.

Hallooooo - is there anyone in the cockpit (like a CEO that doesn’t do dodgy things) - you need to be putting more of those self service machines that people are queueing for - its not rocket science is it? justifying that obscene bonus for ‘the best talent’ requires at least some level of basic common sense. Thank you

I got here before the bank opened at 9.25, and waited 45 minutes to do a deposit. Staff is VERY slow, incompetent and ineffective. I do not recommend this branch unless you have extra time on you.

No fault of the staff here, but Barclays is funnelling money into fossil fuels for short-term profit and driving the #ClimateCrisis - more than any other European bank - and trying to hide it behind a load of greenwash. If you want some chance of avoiding climate disaster, pick another bank! That's the only way to pressure them to change, by taking your money somewhere else.
