I was a little apprehensive to visit here last Saturday having read all the negative reviews on here. Maybe I got lucky or maybe things have changed, since I had no waiting time, and had my banking issue dealt with pleasantly and efficiently. My only criticism is that there appeared to be only one staffed counter for general enquiries which is in the middle of the room, this therefore lacks the privacy which I would normally expect for discussing financial matters.

The staff lacks training
The management lacks customer service. I am still waiting for a "we are sorry for your inconvenience..." after they caused me big trouble.
The star is for the ATM inside. only that one and a five stars online banking is keeping me as a customer.

Very poor customer service by a person name mannish. I have been customer with them for over 5 year but I have never seen that poor customer service ever.

Very POOR customer service from Manish Jain working at the EDWARE ROAD BRANCH he is very lazy and unbothered I will not be banking with Santander anymore due to his poor attitude.

Not sure why so many bad reviews for Manish, he helped us out today and was very knowledgable with their products and gave us a lot of time explaining everything in detail.

Had to go into the branch to fix a problem that wasn’t my fault (after being on hold on the phone for 2 hours). Went on a Saturday morning (because there are no branches open during the week for anyone that works full time) and the queue was out the door and didn’t move the whole time I was there so gave up. The woman on the door was being very rude and snarky to the people on the queue who were rightly frustrated.

Can't believe the one star reviews for this branch. I have lived in W2 since 1999. The staff have always been helpful. Yes the machines outside sometimes are not working, but im not surprised as they are used constantly. I am happy with the service and Eva is a lovely lady. Courteous and helpful. Keep up the great work. People moan about everything. If this branch was not located here we would have to travel to Kilburn. Be kind.

Service is very slow and always understaffed. they cannot even organise the queues. There's 2 for different services but there disjointed and go through one another!
