A few other members of staff aren't so agreeable and at times there are far too few cashiers.

Always had good and helpful service here, rarely a queue. Believe there is an ATM inside if you're not comfortable using the one on the street.

Very poorly staffed. Extremely slow service. All they need is a paying in cash machine and it will solve all their problems.

little more than a cashpoint. they have no one on site to actually deal with queries it seems. the desk staff (in an empty branch) claimed they couldn't help me with my account question.
