A very well run branch. The staff is well trained evwntthough they are sometimes overwhelmed by the number of people visiting the branch.

Banked here since I was a kid. Even did my work experience here .lol. Gone are the days of a full 6 point till service. Two staff members and machines. The future risks being too cold for comfort. Had to withdraw funds at the, "till" today in a line of fustrated customers that reached the door.

In a society that places such value on time and work and in light of Natwests recognition of efficiency & profit given its subsequent use of machines over paid staff... thus contributing to a difficult economy, after the difficulties caused by the banking industry in 2008, I'm closing my account and hope to not return to this branch again.

Probably the slowest service I’ve seen in a bank branch. Be prepared to wait a loooong time.
Staff defines needs more training as customer service skills are non existent.

this morning I went to the bank to open an a new account in the natwest, but the Member of staff (VIKTOR) wasn’t welcome us politely. In addition, he did not greet us, he was playing in the computer instead of helping me to open a new account. After a long time he asked my passport directly kind of immigration police officers. I explained him why I can’t give my passport and also i checked in internet and spoke with the members of staff in natwest and they told me that they can accept NI number as a proof of id. However, Victor was very rude and he didn’t want to open a new account. I am very dissatisfied with the service of Victor in palmers green branch.

Frustrating experience. Only 2 members of staff working leading to long queues outside in the street. Several increasingly irate customers added to tension. No available seating inside (although I was able to procure a chair for my disabled mother upon request). Perhaps I just arrived at a busy time.

Extremely slow and unprofessional service. Only one cashier behind the counter who was not only very slow, but was busy drinking her tea/coffee ignoring huge cue in front of her

Waiting 15 minutes at customer enquiry desk. Then the woman comes along and days won't be long then disappears for another 10 minutes.. I just wanna ask them a question

I have soo many problems with the "equipment" at this branch. For example I was depositing money it wouldn't accept all my money and it even took some in and didn't return it. When I asked a member of staff I was told to leave the receipt for the stuck cash. I demanded my money so he went and came back with MY MONEY.

Edit 4 years later, I closed my account ridiculously long queue (with only 1 cashier serving and other staff doing nothing) and the online forms do not work to close your account.
