Yesterday I went to this branch to get my last 3 months bank statement attested with with bank. First I had to wait for the lady as she was busy with other customers and there was no one else then she just printed the last 3 month statement and before I explained her I want it to be attested as It is for visa application. The she went to speak to someone and came back after 10 mins saying someone else will do it for me then again I waited for someone and the man said it will take 10 mins as he has to login and will take time roughly for a bank statement and getting it attested I had to wait for 35 mins and the same thing I got from Lloyd’s just across the road in 2 mins and because of this I got 15 mins late for my appointment and it got canceled. First time happened with hsbc

Disorganized, undermanaged branch. As an HSBC Premier account holder, i was extremely disappointed with the service and overall experience at this branch.

Understaffed! Came here and waited over an hour and a half with 5-6 people in front of me. This is insane, management has to do something because that wait time for no resolution over an issue means sad clientele. It was on a monday.

The central HSBC managerial team must investigate the services in this Stratford Center branch and review the CCTV to clarify and identify laziness. Problem:
1. This branch close the glass door before 4:30pm. A doorman standing behind the glass door to STOP customers entering the HSBC.
2. The bank reception staff leave the desk before 4:30pm. Walking around, drink water, doing nothing and waiting to leave.
3. Some customers need to argue with doorman for a few minutes and show the watch time before letting in before office hour.
No HSBC staff willing to serve before 4:30pm.
Please, check all CCTV.

Told me to wait 15 - as result 75 min of waste time. Very sad with this HSBC’s level support. Stratfrod branch - please make some positive changes!

The bank has alot of people queuing for enquiry while there is no staff to help and the only staff person dealing is at the counter register name and talk so long of unnecessary important stuff.

No disrespect to the staff, but do customers know about HSBC's funding of climate heating? They say, "The climate crisis is something we take very seriously" and yet they've invested $111 billion in climate destroying fossil fuels in the last 5 years. Greenwash won't wash. It's time to switch to an ethical bank - see switchit.money. The stickers spotted on the ATMs tell the truth.
