This branch staff is very helpfull when it come to personal dealing. I had good experience of customer services.

The issue is with business account manager "divia varma". She is totelly unprofesional and she has no working ethics. Once I went there to open account along with my wife and she even refuse to see us. She kept us waiting for 45 minutes from schedule time of meeting and when she saw us, she said that "I will not allow a muslim to have account under my supervision" and she asked us to go from branch.

The account was opened by an other business account manager "sid pandia" at alperton branch on same papers.

Barclays is retarded, called to make an appointment the person said I only needed to take these two specific items. Arrived at the appointment left in less than 1 minute cause I required 3 items.. next appointment in 1 month and 5 days.. niceeee

Absolutely the worst branch I have entered. Incompetent staff who have just wasted my time. No one seems bothered in actually helping and each person pushes me to the next. Not coming here again!

About 20 minutes ago I went to this bank to pay a bill and because I am not a regular user of this bank I didn't realize that customers are obliged to stand in a queue.
There was a man in front paying a bill and as I was standing behind him the woman behind the counter suddenly said in quite a loud voice and in a patronizing inconsiderate tone "the queue is there!" and she used her finger to point it out.
I felt really embarrassed and for a moment I was going to react in a like manner but I'm glad I didn't because it would have drawn me more attention and for the wrong reasons.
I was thinking once I left the bank that how did a woman like her who clearly lacks the basic qualities needed to work in a bank
manage to be employed by Barclays bank?
I intend to take this further by making a formal complaint
because this is a matter of principle and this woman should know that it is discourteous to speak to a customer in such a rude and patronizing way.
I will continue using that Bank but I will avoid this woman from now on.
People like her should not be allowed to humiliate customers like she did to me.
I did not realize that there was a queuing point and so there was no need for her to enlighten me in such a rude and discourteous way.
(update) I called customer services a few minutes ago and made a complaint about this rude cashier and hope it will serve as a reminder to her that she is obliged to treat "all customers with respect and dignity" even if the customer makes a mistake out of genuine ignorance as was the case for me this morning.

Awful service. Staff not helpful at all, plus so rude. Standing in front of me and my husband and talking in their own language pointing at the watch. It’s not the first time cause this is nearest Barclays branch to mine, would rather travel just to have professionals helping. Not explaining, just rushing to her lunch brake even when we had an appointment to open a new account.

When I got my first account made about a week and a half ago the employee making it put in the wrong address. This caused it to be delivered to the wrong address . I then went to the bank in wembley to ask about my card and hopefully change my address and order a new card. I was treated poorly by staff, first going to the cubicle then being sent in the waiting room, and then being told by an employee to go back to a cubicle. The lady in the cubicle proceeded to cancel my card and then told me to go home and go through costumer service despite my text message from barclays specifically stating that I could go to any branch and ask for a new card. Customer service was terribly slow, being put on hold for 15 min every time I called. I believe this is all unprofessional and made complicated even though it should not be. All I needed was a simple address change and a new card to be delivered. I have not succeeded to talk to anyone and get help. I am on hold as I write this.

Rude staff and not helpful at all!
This is only bank in Wembley Park, so I need to use this branch sometimes but every time I go there staff attitude put my mood down for all day with no reason.
Try to avoid visiting this branch because personnel in other branches is MUCH more professional and respectful to their clients than here ((
