Visited the harrow branch on Friday around 11:30 am to update the sign, and waited 15 min in queue and then was told, come tomorrow as we can't take more appointment today, when I asked I can come tomorrow but give me appointment atleast, they said, no come again tomorrow (more early), stand in queue and get the appointment :(

Even though HSBC have a reduced counter service....we were served by a fantastic HSBC associate, Munaf Ali. Munaf provided a super efficient service for my wife, my daughter and myself. Thank you Munaf and thanks HSBC....

Ps you need to reintroduce savings accounts for newborns!

Had my phone closed 4 times today, I wait 20-30 min then someone answers and closes immediately before saying anything or before I could even say anything. Employees don't do their job, disgusting service

Sorry I can't give zero stars, been waiting for 2hours on the phone, no one answers, for a simple transaction that you guys for some reason keep blocking. Horrible service, I'll move to another bank as soon as possible

Can’t wait when HSBC will be online only, I’m sure robots will be more helpful than robotic employees without customer skills
