Fantastic branch! The staff are really friendly and helpful. There are only 2 cash desks but if a queue starts to form other members of staff come out and check along the queue if there is something they can help with, therefore shortening waiting time. There is also a coffee machine for customers and its the only local branch I know that has a coin machine which deposits coins straight into your account without the need for separating into bags. I couldnt recommend the Clitheroe branch more highly. Its location, facilities and lovely staff are the main reasons I remain with Natwest.

Rang for info 1st. Was told open Mon-Fri. I went Thurs, they were closed. Told to take passport to open account, when I got there, told have to do that online. Man on door not pleasant at all. X

Needs opening times updating. After waiting 20 minutes in the car, my fault I was early, for 9.30am opening, notice now on the window that doesn't open until 10am!!!

Don't bother with them...they are obstructive...my dad died recently and we are waiting for his estate via solicitor and the Natwest have been a nightmare....absolutely Rubbish

Opening times are just no use to people who work 9-5. At least open on Saturday morning!
