Update your website! Two banks closed on Christmas Eve but times on site display open ridiculous 😡

Staff is incompetent and lacks training and basic knowledge... Totally disappointed with service. Management should seriously look into this. Avoid Santander's!!!

Is it worth opening? having closed so many branches and now reducing hours in those remaining, how can customers every get to visit branch☹️

Closed all day yesterday, closed all day today. Shortened hours if they do open, sign om the door says go to Sidcup or Eltham, should say change to Natwest or Barclays, just close the branch so customers can move to other banks. There used to be 3 branches of Santander in Bexleyheath, now they can barely keep one open, if they can't run a branch they probably shouldn't be trusted with your money.
