Generally the staff are very friendly and helpful. Don't often need counter service but usually don't queue for long. Not particularly helpful with communication difficulties but they will always make a lot of effort to get across important information

not great, in fact pretty shoddy, told couldnt make a deposit, yet have 5 accounts and mortgage that goes back to abbey national then had larry grayson tell me nothing could be done, great

Mother cannot get out so can't pay money in only when I can get around pay 8 pounds in charges not good not looking after older people my mum is 85
