TSB Bank

The worst Bank to deal with. You cant transfer your own money. Had to transfer and asked me to bring ID docs, after which again refused because their system doesn't have my signature. So because of their own mistake now cant send money. Ask for a letter to explain and first they agreed then refused with no explanation. so that means cant even write to higher authorities.

Quick service!! Most of staff are friendly and helpful. A LOTTTT BETTER than branchs in central London

FYFI the bank actually closes for service at four.

Rude staff, not helpful even for business customers. They have closing time 5pm mentioned on wenbsite, but will close counter 4pm. If you go in morning they wold say come afternoon, if you go evening they say oh w too busy. Basically they dont wan to work. Lazy people.

The staffs are very helpful and the customer service is very good.
