A new express banking system has been installed, it makes for very fast and efficient banking. Staff are extremely helpful.

Worst bank in the world , been left with no card for a month , supost to have sent 4 and none arrived , apparently they were attempted delivery , no help just fob people off , and it's business acc so I get charged for everything to boot , discusting

Staff is really nice and I have never seen long queues.

Had appointment to close account to be told it had to be done over the phone anyway because it was a weekend. At least they got me straight through to the right person on the phone

Almost impossible to contact by telephone - a 30 minute drive is quicker!

Caroline was most helpful and kind. We had a very complicated issue that she was able to solve. Great branch!

I had to go to NatWest to make a payment for the University. I did not have to wait for long and the staff were both friendly and kind, guiding me through the process. A very nice branch overall.
