Good facilities, was able to pay money in without having to queue up using the quick deposit machine

Attentive staff, out of all the banks I visited today, Lloyd's were the only one where a member of staff asked if they could help!

Every visit I have always been welcomed by friendly staff and during my visits all of my queries are dealt with quickly and in a professional manner. The unit is very clean and well maintained. Would recommend Lloyds and their staff to anyone.

Always had good service at the Lloyds branche in Redditch. So polite and helpful and friendly staff .

Went today at 11.45am (closes at 1pm) to find it in darkness and not open.

I just want to say that lloyds bank in Church Green Redditch seriously need to retrain some of their staffs customer service attitude. I went into the branch at 12.25 today 3rd September 2022 and had to queue for over 5 minutes, that I didn't mind doing but then confronted by a male member of staff much taller than me to be told that he wouldn't be dealing with my fraudelant activity on my account complaint as it would take longer than an hour and he needed to go home at 1pm and I'd have to go home and do it despite the fact that I'd been kept hanging on for over 2 hours this morning then got cut off, he still refused to deal with my complaint, he was very rude, just wish I'd caught his name, I've complained on line anyway so hopefully something will be done about his very rude attitude

Excellent staff always helpfull

Really friendly and welcoming staff. I had my first ever meeting in this bank and it went really well, the staff were so friendly and went out of there way for me to help decide on the best savings account.
