Brilliant service friendly staff 10 out of 10.

Queueing is more frequent now as there is now only one cash dispenser!

Rude staff. Distinct lack of manners. Un-cooperative. If it wasn't such a hassel, I'd love to close my account and bank elsewhere

Having stupidly having a brain storm and putting an incorrect pin in at a shop in Fleetwood I went to this branch, for the first time today for assistance. The staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful and resolved the issue of my card being blocked. Thankyou so much and I can now see why I bank with the Halifax.

Very short queues due to covid probably. Friendly service. I mainly use it for the deposit machine though.
