Absolutely disgusting the way I’ve just been treated in the store the lady behind the counter was rude. I was trying to put my money into my account due to the machine not taking my card she embarrassed me in front of everyone basically said I was lying another lady came over to help me put my card back into the machine and it spit it back out again. Then told me I had to que again I said I’ll go to Folkestone branch thankyou as they are lovely there never again will I go into that branch in Dover

Unbelievable Horrible!!!!!!!! Service!!!!😡😡😡trying to call for three days on the numbers Halifax website and cannot go through my call!!!! All what I’ve been told that they are so busy with another customers and they are unavailable to take the call For 3 three days !!!!trying to calling all days from the morning till night on all the numbers to speak about very important things!!!!!!! Worst service ever !!! no answer because they said because of the situation COVID-19 using Covid they choose not to do the job they have Suppose do!!!!they have some responsibility Towards customers !!!!

They say no one uses banks anymore... Well that's because you can't, they are always closed and always in parts of town that aren't easily accessible.

Trying to pay in a cheque, can't do it on the app as too much. Branch is always closed - very inconvenient opening times so you are stuffed if working yourself. Need a paying in slip to use the post office but 'pick up in a branch or order over the phone'. Phone waiting times 30 minutes. What a joke!
