Horribly rude receptionist lady, turned away 2 people in the queue before turning me away while the bank clerk sat there bored with no one to help. I feel like she was just turning away people for questions she didn’t have answers to. The location was mellow at the time I went but maybe avoid on days that she’s working

Good evening I am e-mailing this regarding one of your employees that is based on the Lloyds bank branch in Piccadilly.
I went today to make a transfer from my account to someone else account the bank wasn’t busy at all, I was waiting at the line( was only me) for 5-10 minutes while two of the employees was talking, one of them( man I don’t remember the name) he saw me so I thought he called me to go there to help me while I am approaching in the desk I greet him “hello” but he completely ignored me, I told him that I would like to make a transfer and instead of helping me and without saying a word he raised his hand and he pinpoint where I should go I said to him again “thank you” but once again he didn’t say nothing and completely ignored me. I went in the other desk and I was waiting for another 5-10 minutes when a woman came and said to me to go again in the first desk and she will deal with my request that time so I went, while I was dealing with my issue and lady comes in the queue very well smart dressed and all of sudden the man that previously he completely ignored me he greeted her with a smile and very polite and he offered to help her 10 sec after she walked in. In that moment I felt completely mad and discriminated from his behavior, why he treated me like that because I was a foreign and I was wearing jeans and casual shoes? What kind of services is this? He made me feel straight away unwelcome and a low life person and that because I wasn’t dressed smart? This is what employees you hire in your branches? Maybe he needs to go to school for good manners because as it looks like I have more than him. Also in the same branch two weeks ago I went to deposit some money and instead of doing it in self service I went to the desk because I wanted to ask some question for my credit card, so there was sitting one lady so I told her to do me the deposit and after very politely I asked her where I can see when is the last day I have to pay out my credit card and where I can see my credit score, first thing she does laughs in my face and 20 seconds after she stops she tells me with an attitude in the paper we sent you home, what sort of service is this honestly! Please have a chat with employees you have in that branch because they service is terrible and their attitude, I never complain but today after this I left fuming and disgusted of the point the judge people of what they wearing and how they look like!

There are at least 9 people if not more waiting in the queue, and only 1 stuff is actually doing something, the rest of stuff (2-3 people) just waking around and probably doesn’t care if this is such waste everybody’s time. Service level is absolutely zero.

Indifferent staff who do not seem to want to do anything other than stand around and be officious. Response to my requests for support with an account in the branch were met with "we don't do that in branch". Only pleasant person who appeared to actually be doing work was the cashier.

This Lloyds branch on Piccadilly is lovely (as everything else on Piccadilly). Good service provided whenever possible. Today kind ladies were meeting customers at the entrance and directing them, one of them patiently assisted me with deposit machines.

I recently used this branch to carry out a pretty tricky process that needed to be carried out in store. I wasn't aware the branch shut at 16:00 so ended up asking to get this done at 15:50. Despite it being near the end of the day, Toby, Monica and Stefan all continued to assist me in carrying out this process well after the branch had closed. Toby specifically was extremely supportive. Accordingly, I just wanted to say thanks and that the support I received was outstanding.

Excellent service

Special shout out to Paul Henry who went out of his way (twice) to help me with two stressful transactions. I had full comfort that everything was in order and he explained everything clearly.

Very pleased to be banking with Lloyds. Thank you!
