The staff in this branch are beyond rude and unhelpful - the attitude is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Final straw, walked into NatWest next door, opened a business account with them and transferring all of our business accounts away from Lloyds.

I only wish I took the ladies name - mid 50's, blonde hair, exceptionally rude and unwelcoming on every occasion I've had to go in there since they closed the Addlestone branch (amazing staff) and turned Weybridge into machines only.

Normally i try to avoid going into a bank at all costs, but at this branch i was treated as you would expect.Friendly and very helpful staff members.

Very racist people working in there ! I went to do a international transfer , they was rude . They keep saying the swift code was wrong, when I went to another bank the Swift code was correct.

Been into this branch over the last few days. The staff were very helpful especially one the beyond and was extremely helpful.
