Lloyds Bank

Bad customer service and completely useless. It is the third time I go to this bank location and the young boy with light eyes doesn't really help me, doesn't have any interest on his job and I have to ask so many questions to finally have a solution. VERY DISSAPOINTING.

Ok so they have done away with all the tellers so no more going in and having chats. But the service is still good, if I don't understand something there is always someone to help, plus when calling up I always get great service and friendly staff. No problems at my end. Have been with this bank since the age of 13 years, that's a very long time.

No change is given or whatsover as there are no desk. Deposit service machine took my cash and couldn't return my card after. Furious

A BANK WITH NO SOUL - FRIEND WENT IN AFTER A BEREAVEMENT AND WAS GIVEN A TELEPHONE NUMBER ON A SCRAP OF PAPER AND TOLD -CALL THEM OR MAKE AN APPOINTMENT - NO EMPATHYOR UNDERSTANDING SHOWN

Lost my card but couldnt withdraw cash at this branch. No counter service. What were all those overdraft fees for? Decided today to definitely close my lloyds account after 25 years.

Good staff but a pointless bank branch they have nothing but cash points and can’t do anything in this branch not worth have it might as well just have a ATM in the wall and use the space for a proper shop or bank what totally shocking and disappointing totally mad don’t get what Lloyd’s are doing

Banch of lazy person's.
All days open at 9am but Wednesday they open 9:30 so you need to wait half hour outside

This bank was so nice, and it just worked. Flawless.
