I would like to thank staff especially Russell who dealt with opening an account for me where other branches failed due to giving me incorrect information!!! Russell kept me calm and management finalized with a positive result. I'm a happy new customer. Thankyou.

The bank is closed! No mention of it on the website have to go all the way to Dartford to pay in.
wast of time. Would be nice to tell you on opening times on website rather than sticking a very small notice on the door of the bank

I know your doing short hours during the week because of covid but what about people who work all week and can't can't time off so the only time they can get to the bank is Saturday but your shut ?

My wife has personally banked in Gravesend for 40 years but can't now because the Bank is too tight to repair the roof

Went to cash withdrawal machines yesterday and not one of them worked and they would not even let me in to withdraw any money

One star ⭐️ is more than enough because of disrespect stuff for no reason i was in the Line to be served he called like an a dog by whistling i was absolutely shocked 😳 by this act I didn’t report it but i was waiting for him for one day face to face sort it with him until last month he supposed to serve me I refused he said why’ ? Front of all his members I remained him and shamed him for what he done then he apologised
