HSBC Bank plc

I'm an HSBC customer for what it's worth.
Big weekly I visit what's now my local branch as in west Byfleet the HSBC is now closed.
I can withdraw my funds from outside at their cash machine and at the counter, should it be open...
I prefer to hold on to £50 notes as much as possible to assist my spending or curbing it...
I'm informed I can't take funds from their cash machine or another branch and then transform into 1 2 or 3 £50 notes. Which I favour.
But I can go inside and withdraw £50s at counter.
This has to be PURE BULL S..IT.
I may as well be accused of laundering.
I am sick of this treatment.

Lovely staff. But HSBC seem to have abandoned this area of surrey after closing the Walton branch and then cutting opening hours and branch services available in Weybridge. The world's local bank....but not here.

Absolutely disgusting service , you can’t even spend your own money , tried to buy something and they shut my on line banking down twice and had to wait for fraud to contact me , I claimed compensation and got it . If it happens to you claim

Staff as helpful as brick wall. Ended up calling from in the branch to resolve issue with a OTP. Sorry HSBC train your staff better as this is a joke.

I've always found the staff in this branch to be very friendly.

The ladies here are always pleasant, but there is almost nothing they can do for you and what they can do is available at very limited times. You will inevitably be shuffled to a larger branch where it seems HSBC will do everything they can to prove they don’t need your money.

Absolute joke of a branch. Wish they removed it, as it only confuses people. You'll need to go to Kingston to do anything more than check you bank balance.

I wanted help to get a security code and was advised to find a digital HSBC BANK. No luck at all so far
