Walked into town 4 times in the last two weeks to pay a cheque in. Every time the ATM is not working. Lower Pavements has been the same too. This is not unusual either.

Went to the Knifesmithgate branch today for advices on a potential fraud & was seen by Laura who was absolutely lovely and amazing as she has taken the time to ask me questions and learning about everything pertaining to the issues I've had.

She made phone calls for me & used her expertise to ensure that everything was sorted and covered. Couldn't have had any more of a fantastic service from Laura, thank you!

Ann Wilson/ Petrillo is an absolute Credit to your Business. Was my advisor for my mortgage and was helpful from start to finish, very reassuring and great advise. Brilliant

Saw Donna today about closing my account and transfering it to another bank. She was very pleasant to talk to and sorted everything so quickly and efficiently i can't praise her enough.

So slow! They’ve had a re vamp recently but now have less machines than before. Only wanted to pay money in and only 1 machine now and it was broke. Only 1 person on desk.

Paying in machine wasn't working again even after refurbishment

I went 3 times to open my account. Give all the details. It's about 2 weeks I am waiting for my account number and sort code. I didn't get it yet. I am still waiting. Because of this I didn't get my salary. I am really fed up with their service.

Had an appointment today to sort a joint account, staff couldn’t have been more helpful, all very friendly, we were really impressed!
