Ridiculous. I went 3 times to open an account, and each time they told me something different. I won't be back for the 4th time.

Very very good company I am happy with their banking and customer service everyone seem very nice and polite, but its just a shame when they are so insistent in knowing what my funds are for, when you are trying to withdraw a larger sum of funds, its my hard earned cash and I do what I choose to with it and no I am not stupid enough to fall for a scam. : )

I am very disappointed with the lockdown opening hours of 10am until 2pm weekdays and closed all weekend.
As a long time customer and key worker it is impossible for me to go to the bank at all.
There is no window at all for me to be provided with a service in store. Maybe doing a later opening hours one day a week or even a month, and/or a Saturday, to give those working in the week a chance to feel important and worthy of their custom.
