The service today is appalling . At lunchtime waiting in the queue, no one apologies for waiting customers.
The branch needs more staff and customer service needs to be improved..Only one cashier open.

Really bad service the lady on the reception desk is absolutely rude, I was at the line for about 1 hr to be attended, I ask the receptionists for help with the counter man
With not answer really disappointed
I think I will move from Barclays.

The customer service at this branch has been greatly improved, compared with my last visit. All the staff are very friendly and attentive when helping me with my card application.

Would rate it 0 stars if I could

Very rude staff didn't feel welcome when I entered and the service manager shouted at people. The service manager talked like she was angry at people what's her problem.

All of them need to learn manners especially that disrespectful service manager and Lisa

All I needed to do was deposit money and it took over an hour to do.

They didn't listen to my situation with my card which would have taken a maximum of 5 minutes to resolve by just using that PIN machine but I ended up having to wait for an hour because the service manager stupidly thought it was in her best interest to go to my barclays app to report my card as damaged which ultimately made my turn at the counter to deposit money longer she should have just told me to report it as damaged after my turn at the counter.

I cannot open a bank account just because one of the staff is sick, and there are no any other staff being willing to help me open an account today. I don't know why they cannot be flexible and find other staff to help me open an account.
I am actually very urgent in terms of using my bank account to pay my tuition fees, and I cannot do so due to your poor and utterly inflexible and irresponsible service. Such the rubbish service!

Customer service cashier Lisa. Extremely rude. Refused to help with their machine retaining my cash. Didn't want to help me however, wanted to push me a side to serve the next person.
