TSB Bank

Literally the only reason I ever used the Bluewater branch was because I could pay money in via the machines pretty much and time day or night. Now they moved downstairs they've locked the machine inside making the branch completely useless. The machine accessibility was the only thing it had going for it. It's not as useful as a normal branch for everything else.

Excellent manager with a personal approach and very well informed. Requests are quickly dealt with and fully explained. Nice new branch on the ground floor.

Well I went there with my mum to try and sort out problems with her Internet banking because a phone call didn't sort it, at first they were helpful. But we got to a point where no form of new password we entered was being accepted (and we tried at least10), we were told that they could only spend a certain amount of time with customers and advised to come back later when they're shut 😠
This very poor service that we received and lame excuse to get us to leave has made us both want to leave TSB for a new bank because of this.

Never will I ever trust this mob... was mis-sold
PPI back in the 1980s.. they disappeared in the late 90s and I have never recieved a penny back. Now there back.... BE CAREFUL.

Need to talk to someone on the phone however, when I call I just get the same old voicemail telling me that they are busy and I have to try again later, tried at all different times and still the same voicemail, thinking that this might not be the bank for me if it is so inaccessible to answer queries,!!!!

Totally appreciate that business's are on reduced hours however trading 10am - 3.30pm how does that help your working & business customers.

I understand if there is someone we cannot talk to but there isn't even a way to deposit cash outside of these hours as the cash machines are locked away.

Your competitors inside the shopping centre offer cash deposit machines outside of trading hours, being in such a prime location its disappointing for you not to...

I cannot praise this Bank enough. The manager Andrew goes above and beyond to give advice and support. I have banked with a few banks over the years but the way this bank, especially this branch has a hands on approach from the manager down to the rest of the wonderful staff is exceptional.

The staff here were very helpfull when I visited to pay a cheque in today
