Barclays Bank

(Excuse my Bad englisch, I am not a native speaker)
We needed to withdraw money with a german Maestro Card... in germany we werr told, that there won't be any trouble... however the card did not work inside the Bank, so an employee walked with us to the ATM outside, beeing super friendly and watching out for us until we had what we needed. God bless this guy, 5 Stars for him!

I don’t understand why cashiers having they breaks when is a huge queue !!!! Bad service in here , they also hate they job you can feel it !! At 3 always an specify cashier stop her customer service to stop the queue ! Could you please find PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! BAD BANK , BAD PLACE TO COME IN

What has happened to Barclays?!? Close the tills at 3pm but they're still full with customers needing things that only the tills can do. All staff behind desks had their curtain open just a few centimetres just to let you know they were there but not willing to help. Understaffed on the floor so no-one to help you. Stood there for half an hour just to be ignored. Awful service. Almost makes me want to change banks. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The machines were useless as was the service. They have 2 counters open at their busiest lunchtime rush. I spent half of my lunch break queuing for what should have been a quick and easy transaction.

They need more staff and more counters open.

Carson was super helpful with merging my bank accounts - taking time to update me and making an appointment in branch. Really appreciate it! One of the best service I received.

We visited Barclays bank edgware road twice in these couple of weeks. Excellent customer service and support received from them. Really impressed and appreciable security system .Especially Mr Gerson Goes did a great job for us in solving most of our account related issues .

I visited Barclays Bank Branch on the Edgware Road just before Christmas on a late afternoon, I was in a hurry. Only one queue, served by only one employee who had to try to ‘alternate’ between clients who would normally be self-serving. A longer waiting time ensued for us in the queue who actually needed help. Fortunately for me a bright young employee, Sean, popped up out of the blue, he helped me immediately and efficiently and thus saved my day. I would like to especially recommend him for his initiative, efficiency, as well as friendly and polite demeanour. U. Turner

I visited the branch before holidays, i was waiting in a long que for 30 mins then 4:30 closed the window and said they will not serve anyone anymore !! one person trying to serve long que and another helping people with the machines. over 50 people. always a big mess in this Branch
