I have just been there and I must say I am happy that I do not bank with them.

After queuing 20 minutes to speak to a member of staff at the counter I am being told to use one of the machines (!) which I did not. Patronising staff.

That branch does not even have pens for their customers.

This is the last time I will enter a NatWest branch. Avoid!

Never been in here and queued for less than half an hour. I'm in the queue right now. This place is the stuff of nightmares. Thankfully only ever had to go in in twice. To be fair to the staff, the vast majority of customers seem pretty annoying.

Staff member Maz, is an extremely rude and unhelpful lady. I attended the Norbury branch to see if I could obtain my bank statements. I am aware that I could have ordered them online which is what I would have done normally had I known that i needed them in advance. Maz refused to print them out. I explained that I had an appointment with another bank the following morning and as a last minute request I had been asked to provide three statements. Maz questioned the fact I had a bank appointment on a Saturday. When I expressed my annoyance at her disbelief, she agreed to print only one bank statement. I again reiterated that i needed all three. She finally agreed. Her tone of voice towards me was condescending and patronising, as if I were a child being told off. " This is the first and last time I am doing this for you!" She proceeded to ask a colleague to print out the documents adding, "Put a note on the system to say that she shouldn't have them again." Upon hearing this, I walked out of the branch expressing my annoyance at her rudeness. I never got the statements or commenced the standing order I'd intended to set up. I'd much rather travel further out then be subjected to Maz from Norbury Natwest's customer service.

I am confused on their opening times. When I go there. It’s closed. Then it’s temporary closed or open only for specific days. The bank is a waste of time to travel to because I don’t know if they are open or closed. Their website says it’s open when it’s closed.

Strange but the same thinghappened to me . \Customer service is appaling rude, patronising . Long queues unacceptable delays to get counter service. For a Nationalised bank, this despicable treatment of their customers has to stop. My branche is in Tooting high street.

I know they reduced opening hours because of the virus, and then went back to 10am to 3pm. I went last week at 1 15pm to find a notice on the door saying 10am to 1pm . Today I went at 11.45am to find a notice stating opening 10am to 1pm Monday and Tuesday and closed the rest of the week.

This bank branch is totally time pass I don’t see customer service in this bank they hire computer operators can’t see manager they are very very slow always.
