Nothing wrong with the branch or staff untill Barclays decided to close the branch , I now have a substantial amount of cash that I cannot get out as I only have a savings account and not current, tried calling customer services ( total waste of time time ) . I am not putting my health at risk to go into a branch !! Now my nearest is 20 plus miles away , I cannot use cash points at my supermarkets as I don’t have a current account ? Service is disgusting. I will remove my money from this shower just as soon as I’m able . After 30 years

Barclays are closing the Branch as they say that people are not using it! ha...what rubbish!! Most who have Banked at Nailsea Branch over the years have at some point had to wait in the que to the door! If anything it was too busy with people and not big enough! Lloyds just got a new customer!

Branch not open on a Friday,or Saturday, now my pin is locked,and trying to get through security is a joke,down too there automated service being so sensitive it won't pass me ,and the customer assistant is so not helpful, tried three times ,now no money for shopping til Monday when they decide to open a meesley 10am til 2pm ,joke.
