Brilliant. They couldn't be more helpful. From Steve,the Manager, to the Counter People I felt they really valued me as a customer. Having just dealt with other financial companies I was frazzled, irate & just fed up from their unhelpful archaic methods. Then I go into the Morden branch of TSB, 60 London Rd, and my goodness what a difference. The manager came out from his office, saw there was a short queue, introduced himself apologised for the wait and offered to assist anyone who wasn't withdrawing funds. Offered tea/coffee & hey presto! queue cleared in short order. Then when my turn came the young lady again apologised for the wait and then dealt with all my requirements cheerfully & professionally. So a big thumbs up from me. This is how customers should be welcomed.
