Barcleys are the worst bank ever, we had 2 canceled payments that got taken out still and a charge taken out on the account from the bank that we should of had. Oh and guess what the bank can't get our money back from the 2 companies that took the money out that was canceled oh and they can't give me back the charges that they should have charged me ... The bank that look the money can't give it me back. I may as well have my friend hold onto my wages in their hand because that would be better than Barclays Because my friend won't just give my money away to people I say don't but barcleys go ye sure I won't tell the ow we here is the money absolutely useless and the thing is you ask about getting the money back and they are like I don't know what to do so I guess we can't help you

Useless weekday opening hours of 9:30-14:00 and closed on Saturdays, no use to anybody who works during the day, which is the majority of the UK population! Why not open in the early afternoon into evening instead?

I find the ATM outside which you can pay in with too very useful when it actually works/is switched on. I have been trying to pay funds in outside of the opening hours for the last 4 days, and each time either the machine was not switched on at all, or was on, but wouldn't let you pay cash in. Very frustrating, a waste of time and fuel. Would you like to compensate me Barclays?

I visited the Crewe branch of Barclays on Thursday 2nd July 2020. I understand that during the current circumstances that queuing is necessary to keep everyone safe but i was waiting quite a while. I was then told by the lady on the door that I would be next and it wouldn't be long but she kept letting people in and serving people before me so obviously that wasn't the truth and kept asking customers waiting to be served before me. When I was FINALLY served the blonde haired woman who served asked me what I needed and I said to request a new pin on one of my accounts. She then had the card off me put it in a card reader and asked me to enter my pin, which I found absolutely unbelievable as the reason for my visit was that I'd forgotten my pin and wanted to request a new one. She then asked me a load of security questions in a rude and sharp tone of voice and then very curtly told me my card had expired and a new one would be in the post with a new pin in a few days time. Customer service was appalling, I understand now why I don't visit the branch very often as it is never a good experience.

Went to pay in money from my business account on a drop and go basis only to be told they have no counter service today and nowhere to keep the deposit safe
Can you believe a bank with no where safe to keep a deposit
Should not be disappointed as typical Barclays service no stars is too much

Usual Barclays, Staff incompetent, bland, do not understand there own banking policies. Another nail in the Barclays estate, closing branches down, this must be next surely.

The worst bank and branch I have ever come across. Communications generally from the bank is appalling and the branch had two staff greeting ATM access only customers (why?) and two staff in the back that apparently only had access to a computer. Despite a queue of people one member of staff took a lunch break at 14:00. I was there for over an hour and wasn’t seen. Account will be closed.

Just walk in the branch and the staffs seems very busy, but just wait around 10mins, I got my problem solved by a great staff - Heather, really appreciate for her to learn my long story about my special conditions, and she speedy help me to make an appointment for my account issues.
Excellent service and 5 star ⭐️ for sure, thank you.

I went to the bank on Wednesday at 2.15 to be told we are closed look on Web site. So I did it said 16.00. The staff need to be more polite with customer. I have now more to Halifax.
