A permanently 'closed' customer service desk, original 4 service tills reduced to 2 - generally long queues, which is because many people who want to ask questions (at the customer service desk) can't, because it's always closed are forced to join the queue - thus exacerbating the problem.

So to those that work a job full time and only get weekends free, Yorkshire bank will not help. I work 8 til 5 mon day to friday, like most people, and oh look they only open between 9:15 and 4:30. And now to get to the closest branch I have to travel at least 40 minutes.

The bank 🏦 of Satan, coin clippers. I have been treated harshly by them. Today 10/5/2021 📞 banking 12× I have called, call end's. I have many unresolved complaints which have been swept under the door matt. Scams and bad rotten egg's in it. I have to move banks and find another way to get my complaints resolved. I won't be missing them either. Sqally wags they am. Yorkshire bank it was now changed name. Many unresolved complaints and incorrect information written down as a incorrect statement of events even to the financial ombudsman who really are there cronies and also do sod all. Yorkshire bank is not a bank operating in birmingham city. Why change the name suddenly? 🤔. Involved with scams and a rotten service I have also had from them, selling me a car insurance policy aswell then ombudsman saying it's not good we can't take on any complaints cause I had no European cover added to the policy I took out while at 131 Victoria Street Willenhall 2016. I have had to move banks and even the last complaint is incorrect written by them. I have only ever had a overdraft ficility with them and paid the shekels back. No loan no credit card. Theifing my benefits money aswell. BEWARE UNITED Kingdom OF THE COIN CLIPPERS BANK 🏦

Terrible customer service in the bank. Teller refused to give me advice on saving products that Virgin Money offer : told me to find my own information online.

They don't answer the phones and when you ask to move money to somewhere else they only send part of it
