Very poor customer service. I tried to call many times and always the customer service told me that they tried to call the branch but they never picked up the call. I've tried to get an appointment to join them but they are very demanding for an appointment, I went also until Kettering for an appointment but they cancelled that when I reached there because they had it wrong in their calendar

very rude staff

Pay in machines sometimes don’t work and can stop working whilst paying money in. Had to badger someone in charge for a note to say the machine ate my money and stopped working (as if I would just leave) Took me two more visits with no success and about four days for the pay in to be processed. Other than that, no problems in around 4 years with them and staff happy to help.

Closes the doors early and cancels appointments for business. Would not recommend
