Shocking lack of true customer service! Do they even train staff? Wow?! Worst attitudes I've ever seen in a bank! Not just this branch but even after trying to find a better quality banking experience for my pensioner I found that it's a company culture problem! How are they even surviving as a bank God only knows! They should be sued for lying about caring for their customers!!! Care? They don't know the meaning of the word!!!

I am not going to criticise the staff at Barclays bank Wellingborow Rd. Been with them for years n years at weston fevell. But u don't thi k u realise that there r no staff in the bank n too many people at this bank with all sorts of problems, including no chairs to sit on when waiting for almost 2.5 hrs to talk to a staff. Most of the younger staff they don't value thier jobs n the customers, especially elderly people. They just want to do as little as they can n go home. No proper manners either when speaking to an elderly. The older people r already stressed with what the world has put them through. USAGE OF THE MACHINES N NO HUMAN CONNECTION. ( can u imagine talking to a machine how one feels n how does the MACHINE respond. "I am a machine FEELING? Any other services. Plz press red button to exit

Went with my friend, sat down to wait.. chairs available. Only 2 desks available but didn't wait for long

It's the same every week !!! Not enough staff and yet it's the main branch now !!! Constant que not managed well at all .

The bank needs to increase till positions rather than reducing them. Abi and Natalie are a credit to Barclays, very knowledgable, polite and efficient.

Have to say. Alexa that work here is a great person to work with, she always help me out with any problems. Very happy bubbley person. Brights my day always make me leave with a happy smile with great service.

Unbelievable time trying to talk to Barclays. Not everyone has or wants to use app for banking!! When you listen to recorded message it takes forever to try to get to speak to a staff member. Then the message tells you the waiting time is 10 mins.!!!!!!!!
