Your staff are so rude and helpless.they treat customer so terrible. One most important thing is they never give smile to they customer . Also they don't explain that video things to the customer. I hate urs staff really they r so rude.Some r good but u lossing ur good review only for couples satff,who behave like only they r smart.

Good service wanted to trade in an old 10 pound note very quick and gave me a new one without a hassle the only problem was there was bit of a queue.

Tried to switch to this bank, just told them want to do a switch and that's it, woman behind the counter tries to sell me everything she can, tell her I don't want nothing, just a bank transfer.....did she listen.....nnooooooo. did I switch? Not after that i didn't
