Been using this branch for 17 years now and the staff are always excellent

Staff are so helpful, but the branch does not open very long

The Brand as with many others seems to hide behind a facade which makes for difficulty resolving issues. In our case a Trust Account set up for our kids is so well masked that access to it remains unresolved after months of Emails and Branch attendance. Call Centre access pushes all the buttons while you are expected to hang on for hours. Branch have called us but we have no other means to respond without another personal visit. We do feel they are just unempowered locally so will move our monies elsewhere if we ever resolve this event. Noted other annoyed Customers ventining similar sentiments this afternoon at staff..
