Lloyds Bank

I went in a few weeks ago to get some advice on how to get the most out of my home drip coffee machine. A Lloyds financial advisor told me to start the Process Right: Whole Beans, a Good Grind, Filtered Water, and the Perfect Temperature. Thanks Lloyds!

Lloyds is where I go for my morning brew. I would give five stars but I think Lloyds should offer honey as a nice alternative coffee sweetener because I don't do well with sugar in my coffee.

If you have a burning desire to stand in a queue all day this is the bank for you. Abysmal service with condescending postmenopausal staff constantly encouraging you to pay in using the self-service machines as it "saves a 60p charge"; meaning it saves them money on front line staff. Whoever the bank manager is he/she/it needs to be dragged out of the building and drowned in the Avon for crimes against customer service. On the plus side the building is lovely... which is a bonus as you'll be spending a lot of time in it for what should be simple banking tasks.

pop in for morning coffee most days. Would have got 5 stars but woman, "Jan" has terrible attitude and I almost switched to Santander. Sadly i prefer the roast selection at LLOYDS more.

If I could give them 6 stars I would! The staff is always professional, polite, friendly, they are always fast even when they are busy, they advise you to the best savings accounts etc and if anyone wants to open an account in Salisbury I would certainly recommend Lloyd because they are the best bank you can find

Best roast in town. Def ask for the Americano. Used to have an account with another bank but they just had instant. Only thing I’d like is Almond Milk but the Soy goes well with the drip coffee. Thanks Lloyds!!

Just went in today to simply pay in some money and get a bank statement. I was in there nearly three quarters of an hour the only deposit point didn't work, virtually no staff actually on the tills. I Know it's market day but even so it was just an absolute shambles! ....... Oh and if someone steals your details and helps themselves to your money, don't expect any liability!!

Standard Lloyds Bank. Building is wonderful. Old school and very spacious. Customer service excellent
