Lloyds Bank

NEVER EVER use Lloyds (previously LloydsTsb) ever again!
Many years ago when I used their services on both my personal and business accounts, I had major gripes. Firstly, the way they treat you when you go in and use your personal account is like you're just a number, then like when I went back holding all my business paperwork under my arm, I was treated like royalty! Pathetic! Everyone should be treated equally. I also had major problems with how they operated, but that was another thing altogether.
As for the premises. It seems like when the 'rush' is on, most of the cashiers disappear off doing something else, leaving just a couple on the desks to serve 30+ people standing in queues chomping at the bit!
Awful Bank, but then, is there actually a good one?

Friendly staff, open cashier desks rather than glass screen, machines inside and outside

Rude and not polite staff. Can not solve quick ordinary client request. Need more training and be more polite.
