Lloyds Bank

Bank manager is a disgrace! Rude, arrogant and patronising!!! She has some serious self-esteem issues thinking she can talk down to people. I will be glad to close my banking account down and move to a bank where they pride themselves on real customer service.

Very nice staff always a smile with a great service, very very kind helpful smart n professional always use this branch for banking and never had any problems, more likely problems solved when using this location bank

I really do understand why Lloyds bank in Norbury has to close at 2pm. This is so annoying and a big inconvenience to. They might as well close and shut shop and close the branch completely. They don't so anything anyway and are so reluctant to help or go the extra mile to help. They will quickly tell you the basic information so you can just hurry up and get out of their face.

Once upon a time the Norbury branch was a lovely place to bank with nice staff. Now the branch has lost all its services and only machines. We are being asked to travel to the Streatham or the Croydon branch which is quite far for the people living in and around Norbury.
It will be a good idea to close the branch completely.

This branch is not a bank. It's a space for cashmachines. Just waste if space, they do not deal with cash, what a nonscense. This really should not be there, just confusing customers as its not a bank!
