Since joining lloyds, I've had nothing but positivity to say about them. Friendly customer service and lots of options to deal with money.

Employees are nice but the machines suck so much. It is is also way smaller than close by banks

Rubbish service, had no money, they gave me no reason why my card was declined, me and my kids were hungry, I do not like this bank at all, can't wait to move.

Worst bank ever and worst customer service. Would never recommend to anyone.
