There is a cashier call davide . He did rubbish service. Please don’t go there . I never ever see this kind of customer service in Uk .manager also telling stories .coin machine never works properly. When you open new account with them they will welcome you after they will kick you out .

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from Davide. What should have been a five to fifteen minute process became a ninety minute one. Do yourself a favour and don't use this bank, not worth the hassle.

Don't use them for business. Their business relationship manager is utterly awful (and that's if he's actually around). Their customer services centrally are just as useless. Why the Wimbledon branch has a phone number I don't know because it's either disconnected or they never answer it. We have had issue after issue which has severely impacted the business time and again. Most of the time due to basic incompetence.

If you're a business owner and want guaranteed access to your money then find somewhere else because not being able to pay payrol due to their mistakes will not be an uncommon occurrence.

I cannot express strongly enough that this bank is not a bank for you if you want to run a seamless business.

The ONE saving grace was a lady today (I didn't catch her name) that was absolutely terrific and gave us access to our account within 20 minutes which it seems not a single other person at Metro could.

Many workers but they just running here and there doing nothing.

The worst! There are 6 counters open and at a time there are mostly 1 or sometimes 2 people working on them. They take so long with customers and chat way too much with customers. They are hugely understaffed. Terrible experience.

The place is really nice a guy called Joseph made a small mistake of giving me the wrong papers and he was so accommodating and gave me really good service I like this bank a lot Joseph is a proper fella
