All the staff are lovely and helpful except a south-asian woman (late 20s?). She’s extremely rude and will forcefully take your phone from your hands without asking. Whilst trying to sort out my account and phone in-store she wouldn’t let me touch my phone or the computer. Ever single time I typed on the computer she then tried to take the mouse from me. Very condescending and would constantly speak over me. She’d ask a question then as I was about to answer, she’d answered for me and got it wrong every time. I’d then have to explain to her no that’s not what I’m after but she’d still carry on. I’ve had other problems with her when visiting the bank and try to avoid her but it’s hard. She never quite seems to know what she’s doing.

The staff at this branch are brilliant: really pleasant to deal with and extremely efficient. The branch has been invaluable to me in terms of sorting out problems relating to probate payments and conveyancing payments, which I needed to do in branch. If they hadn't been available, I'd have had to drive to Gloucester, which would have been extremely inconvenient. Thank God for the Stroud branch!

There is not one bad thing to say about them . Friendly staff always welcoming they were there when I was in trouble with a scam would highly recommend Halifax
