Great local branch. Excellent customer service, well staffed.

Handy branch with machine for getting transactions done. Not much of a wait-visited weekday morning

In google saying it’s open up 5 pm it’s 4:30 pm already closed !!!
stuff is really rude unfortunately This’s my local branch I have to go there

I was surprised to find it is now closed on Saturday! Monday to Friday only.

Good control around letting customers in to the branch, would be nicer if they

1. provided seating for elderly customers waiting to get in
2. surveyed the queue
3. had priority entrance/preferential attention timings for elderly customers
4. Provided better training to Sarah Clissold and Rachel Bird

asian lady at kiosk is so rude! This branch feels more like a jail for those who stray from the high street.

One member of staff at the branch on a Friday, absolutely ridiculous. Online services and phone line usless. Beyond a joke.

Staff very friendly apart from one lady blond with short hair who is quite curt and abrupt on the till.
