Nice bank great staff make you feel very welcome

Lady behind the counter was biting her nails before grabbing my card. Disgusting!!
Did not managed to get my problem sorted (a simple change of address) although three staff members we're not busy.

One guy that works there is so rude and racist!!! He has mental issues. He represents your bank in the worst way. I came with my friends for a bank account and he was speaking to us angrily and so rude!!! Worst service ever!!!

Very bad place!! Racist to the maximum even to EU citizens! They do not accept anyone non British easily... BEN HOLDEN IS THE WORST GUY THAT CAN SERVICE YOU!!!

This branch have had to make changes in staffing and branch design recently. They work really hard, they are always considerate, helpful and professional. I travel there from out of region as they give such good service which I really value.

Always been pleasant and friendly to myself.

Only 2 counters but still they are giving hest service
