I'll give them their due, you may not get "proper" bank managers in branches anymore, but these chaps make a real effort. Quite impressed.

Rarely go into a bank nowadays, but when I did the staff were polite and helpful.

If I could review Santander wholesale I would, but reviewing the branch is all I got.
Local branch is fine, when I need to go in, but trying to get the bank to admit to errors, or to treat me with respect on thd phone, is quite another matter. Rude, dismissive and only interested in forcing their error onto the customer.

Served by a very rude and unhelpful lady today, despite my patience! Poor service, very unprofessional! A bad example compared to many staff at Santander who are helpful and welcoming!!

Great branch that usually opens saturday , problem is you can only
Pay business cheques in at the cash point , when it works its fine but
Sometimes you can only pay in
Cash and not cheques , on the door
It said you can pay in cheques at
The post office , but with a pre ordered
Pay in slip ( knew it was to good to be true ) so we then had to drive to gloucester just for that !
