Polite staff, however it took 40 minutes to just complete a name change. The staff member was new so had to take his time but word of advice, with new members of staff, have a professional with them at all times to guide them through the process.

Polite staff but very slow. It isn't a place you would go if you are in a rush

They don't open bank accounts for Estonians. But since they're not allowed to say that directly, the invent loads of excuses for you to come back some other day. Estonians: don't waist your time here.

Usually service is good in lloyds bank @woking branch but I felt today is exceptional by a staff named Daniela .
