Absolutely terrible customer service here by staff and branch manager. What these people fail to remember is that the money in my account is mine not theirs. Closed account

I went in today for help accessing my Mum's bank accounts as her registered attorney. Sadiqun Nehar spent 30 minutes updating the telephone numbers in the system and walking me through the process. She was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to interact with. Thank you.
