Lloyds as a bank are great, but this branch in Hounslow....what a disappointment. Staff seem to work at one speed, slow. There seems to be no emotion in the staff, all depressed looking and no concept of customer service. The queue is always leading out the door and theres never a sorry for your wait nor an explanation as to why youre waiting so long. Could this bank be better if the premises were bigger? Maybe. But one things for sure, improvements definitely have to be made.

Worst staff seen in any bank in the UK, untrained, unprofessional, slowest, they purposely want branch to be overcrowded and seems to enjoy to send some costumers away. Vishnu Hari loves to leave the desk and stand doing nothing pretending he's waiting for someone.

An old woman wearing a burqa and glasses should retire. she doesn't belong in this place. ZERO professionalism. She couldn't cope with the client in front of me, I waited an hour and a half in queue, then it was my turn and she sent me to the hotline. The worst institution I've been to. Very slow. Im not recommended this place!!!

Just wanted to come on here and say that I was really happy with the service I received here. Manjula Sood was very friendly and understanding and I had no difficulty throughout. Would definitely recommend coming to this branch!

Each of the workers gives different information, answering the same question. Because of what you spend a lot of time running to them daily, solving the same problem. They talk in raised tones (I also observed a raised tone with other clients), they get nervous if you ask something again, they answer irritably again. Very unprofessional staff.

Staff was very rude, had a really bad experience. I just went there to solve the matter of a big transaction to buy an iPhone and I was questioned rudely about my personal circumstances. When the staff spoke to the admin over the call regarding my account issues, they mentioned to them saying that ‘They’ve been serving the worst customer of the day’. Wouldn’t really want to go to this bank again, and that was too unprofessional.

Premises a plague pit of a branch! A dour atmosphere, staff shabby and morose in appearance, with no customer service skills. Protocol appears to be, 'the longer the queues, the busier we are and so we must be really popular!'. Two staff on the 'help' desk are the Laurel and Hardy of banking, one even had the audacity to be chewing / eating whilst dealing with customers! The manager, at the time, was mistaken for cleaning staff as she was wearing a sweatshirt and casual wear. One star for the only highlight is two other cashiers, who both have a professional manner and politeness and a smile on their faces, but they are not always present.

It's very convenient to have cash deposit machine at the bank. There are two machines at Lloyds Bank treaty center but no matter when you visit only one is operational. This issue results in unnecessary queues and precious time is wasted. This could have be easily avoided but nobody paid attention to it. It has been 2 years and it's still the same.
