Lloyds Bank

Always banked with lloyds, this branch is always busy but the girls make time for people. Went in this week , really helpful & took the time to set up my business banking app with me. Much appreciated, thanks

Have been to this branch, several times lately & it's always closed. Used to be open Friday morning but now all day, which is frankly rediclulous when running a business like I do. As you can't rely on their app which very temperamental I always pay cheques in over counter off poss, as this is now only out of town one I know of in area it's getting very hard to justify staying with Lloyd's Bank, when they are not always open on weekdays..! When they are staff are helpfull but that doesn't make up for poor opening times..! Went to main one in town & ques out of door, which was rediclulous. Plainly there are issues here..! :-/

Brilliant Bank, unlike the town centre Lloyds, where you have to pay £2 to park just to nip in, queue easily over half an hour where a human is required rather than a machine.
Lovely staff very helpful. Thank goodness, Lloyds has sense to have a bank out of town which is easy to access, especially for elderly people who just want a bank.

Not open when it says it is!!!!

Lloyds bramford Road not happy this branch has closed many people rely on this small branch and the fact its not in centre of town not everyone can access town centre not everyone has access to Internet and would like a choice as to to how they would like to bank it is becoming increasingly apparent its all the banks choices to force everyone to use Internet banking I feel its discrimination against many people who are not able to access its short sighted. And unkind well lloyds you advertise your in it for the journey ime not enjoying it .thanks

This rediculous, I'm sat in the car park and 10 others have come in, they all say the same. They are frustrated and angry. I guess the only way now is to change to bank that has abrance out of town, shame

Closed more often that not at the moment and no reason why!!! That's why I'm rating 2 stars. Very helpful staff when open though.
