I would like to thank manager Louise and Ruhel for their kind customer service. Turned up at 5pm in pouring rain just as they were locking up. Louise let me in and Ruhel served me for some emergency cash. This is just what you want from your bank.

One of the worst branch at all. Went there to make a complain but they run out of the form. How many complaints are they got if they run out the form? Of course the guy with the tablet in the lobby was completely useless. After 20 mins he managed to give an incorrect phone number to make a complain. Spent there 1 hour on the phone (of course on my phone as you cannot use that which is in the office, even that they did not have any new costumer who would use that office) During this hour they constantly sent all costumers out to the non working cash machine. It is very unprofessional to send the costumers to a known not working cash machine. This branch need a manager or need to close it. Pointless to keep it!

Amazingly rude, never really expericed anything like it at a bank before. Perhaps the teller was having a bad day? Went to open a new account, was rather bizzarely insulted. Guess I’ll open a Monzo account instead?

Lost my card a few months back and needed cash, had ID on me so was lucky, the staff helped me to get cash and reorder a new card and even told me how to do it online, I was not in the best of states as was in a rush, but hey the staff was calm : )

Very grumpy female member of staff on front counter who demanded to know (in earshot of other customers) how much I wanted to deposit as paying in machine was broken. Then manager had to take over and made it worse

Very nice staff and amazing speed. Dasom was so patient, caring, and absolutely professional. Needed to provide my proof of ID and address in person to open an account. Turned out there was an error of my online application and had to submit a new one. She provided great support and demonstrated comforting patience. Made my day. The card arrived soon after.

Very arrogant staff, particularly the financial advisor called DASAM really unprofessional, rude and have an authoritarian attitude. She refused to see me because of the previous day phone conversation as she wanted to finish with me off over the phone . She did not like the fact that I insisted preferring to see her in person at the branch (appointment booked already in advance) to discus my personal account, she took it personal. On the day of the appointment she refused to see me using the excuse that I was not wearing mask, I explained that I was exempt also I could see screen shield on her desk. Reported to Lloyds management.
I used to hear the bad experience my friends and neighbours faced from this branch, now i truly believe. I am thinking to switch to another bank because i do not want to be part of helping someone like DASAM's provocative behaviour to evolve nor to be became a custom.

Wanted to open an account but they said they couldn't do it because the guy was leaving in an hr, but there were no customers and it was quiet - they clearly could have done it but couldn't be bothered to. Taking my business elsewhere
