What a shame SO many branches shut last year - Cheam, Worcester Park etc. Customer convenience NOT an issue! Like some others such as Yorkshire Building Society you could have some of your branches acting as "agencies" In that way customers can still do transactions instead of seeing a blank empty shop. Glad the Epsom branch hours are until 4.00 usually on Saturdays - hoping you'll be back to that soon.

Why dó your Saturday opening hours shown online differ from the Saturday opening hours shown on your bank door?

I made an unnecessary early morning journey on a rainy day.

Safe inline waiting, hand sanitizers available, assistance inside and outside and strict queuing.

I had an issue with an online personal loan application, so made an appointment to discuss it in this branch, the first lady I met was Paula who was excellent at handling and managing the issue, i then had a follow-up meeting with Emma, who was equally brilliant and the matter was swiftly and professionally resolved. I would just like to state that the customer service was brilliant and that Emma and Paula were an absolute delight to deal with, thank you very much ladies.

This branch has been open through out Covid and the staff service is second to none. The hours had been reduced like all the banks on the high street. however i do understand this is for everyone safety. Most transactions i can do online which is convienent and only go in when I cant do what is needed to do and my experience has always been good.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't bother to ring if you are in trouble. Not worth the 0.5% interest on £20k with a £4 monthly fee. I shall be moving my money.

Terrible customer service, kept waiting for ages with only one customer at the counter, then when counter became free, was told I had to wait again so she could organise her counter. So rude.

Dreadful closing times, 2pm!! Ridiculous.
