Came in to find a busy branch, a lady was ready and waiting with a smile to put me in touch with the correct staff member. Due to the number of customers I was put on a list, but service was quick and the right staff member walked up to me and brought me to her table. She answered loads of questions about mortgages, current accounts, savings accounts and was fresh and rather engaging. I got the answers I needed quickly and efficiently. I noticed a team effort from staff to improve efficiency and solve problems. Good job!

Really disappointed. They had a water dispenser in plain view with cups and I desperately needed some water to take a tablet. I bank with them and have already used their services that day. On the way out, I asked the customer service lady (who stood at the entrance supposedly to welcome people) if I can have some water, she said very bluntly No. She added the water is not for customer's use. Wouldn't it be better to take it out of view then? I had a pleasant experience until I experienced her stinky attitude. She should have known better. It was not worth it for Lloyds bank.

One of the staff were rude, unhelpful and just so mean in general. There were two staff that attended me but both gave different info. This one staff really made my life or the process harder, I wish the other staff had attended me but suddenly she had to do other things. just overall very bad experience (went there thrice)

awful customer service the lady i was served by was so so so rude and patronising - this was supposed to be my first proper bank account so i needed some help, but she was completely ignorant and condescending. do not go here lol i set up an account with santander instead and took me about 10 minutes whereas with lloyds it took me over two weeks and i didnt even manage to get an account at the end of it.

Awful service, awful professionalism, glacierly slow, idle working practices, astounding lack of product knowledge. On each on my 3 visits each staff member to struggled to understand the English language, first visit, the cashier had to be taken out of service as she could not understand my simple request for a statement. A few days ago was my third visit in about the last 10-12 months, each visit worse than the last. This time I presented my Club account card to the cashier and asked for a balance (I have several other Lloyds accounts, but no other card was presented or account mentioned to the foreign cashier, Eastern European from the accent and name.) Having given the correct balance (as I new it) I then asked to pay a cheque into that account to the value of several thousand pounds to keep my free Club account promotions and avoid account fees. Today, a few days later I check my bank accounts online to find the cashier managed to pay the cheque into another account......This is a cardinal sin for any decent cashier. As I stated before, the service was dreadful in the last 2 visits, but this one takes the biscuit. I will now be closing my Club account on principle. Shame on Lloyds to have such an unfit for purpose branch and incapable staff.

I ask my manager to go out from job BCS my online banking was suspended. So I ask my mng a half day off. Bcs online phone services cant fix that issue(spend about 40-50mins on phone).
After waiting about 2 hours in branch. They offer me come on next day. So ? I need ask my manager holiday day 🤣? And spent my all day in branch ?. I have Lloyds more than 10 years .Everything okay till last year 2021. In this 1 year I have many problem with Lloyds Bank. All issues looks like from cosmos.

The worst bank ever to go in. Over bearing air freshener smell on entering . People just standing around. No organisation, no one knows who is next . Utterly ridiculous system of someone with a device supposedly directing you .
